Casa Isabel offers maid service, daily or every other day or however you prefer, just let your maid or the concierge know what you require.

Leave your pool towels at home! We offer towels for the pool or for the beach, giving you more room to pack flip-flops and bathing suits.

We also offer free long distance to anywhere in the U.S or Canada. This is available in all rooms. A great service to keep in touch with home (if you feel the need to).

Free High Speed Wireless Internet Access for customers is available in all of the rooms as well as at the pool, restaurant and bar areas.

During high season we offer the following:

  • A welcoming party and meet & greet every Friday night.
  • Outdoor brunch every Saturday morning including champagne, Caesars & Marys
  • Morning coffee at pool side daily
  • Impromptu happy hours with the owners
  • More – Ask about the “Extras”

If you forget to pack something, most items can easily be found for purchase here and many things are less expensive. We also have soft drinks, coffee and other items available for purchase on site. We even have an ATM machine on the premises in case you need to exchange for pesos.

Maids: These are the most forgotten people in the hospitality industry when it comes to tips and often times they are also the hardest working people. A rule of thumb is $2.00 US per night for a standard room and $3.00 to $5.00 a night for a larger room or room with kitchen.

dora-y-vicky-webOur maids at Casa Isabel are wonderful, trustworthy and efficient. You may have maid service everyday or every other day, just alert the maid as to what you prefer. You may tip the maid daily or at the end of your stay with money on the pillow or in an envelope provided with her name on it.

We also have our housemen at your service day and night. They will gladly help you with luggage, light the grills, and get the Jacuzzi’s ready for you, bring you water for your room, and even bartend for you if you ask in advance. If they go out of their way for you to make your stay better, a little thank you tip to the person(s) who helped you is very much appreciated. You can hand the tip to them personally or in an envelope(s) with their name(s) on it.

The Hotel Manager and Concierge is always at your bidding. From questions to advice, setting up tours, reservations and more. Grocery shopping to having flowers delivered, whatever you need can be done, including private dinners on your balcony. Tips (at the end of your stay) are greatly appreciated and should be considered for services rendered.
