PAYMENT POLICY:

  • 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
  • Balance owing is due 30 days prior to date of arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less 20% administration charge.
  • If canceled 30-60 days prior to arrival,there is no deposit refund.
  • If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full rental value will be charged.
